Apex System Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Apex System website and apply to enquiries, quotations and services for printers, photocopiers, multifunction devices, production printers, large-format printers and document scanners. “We,” “us” or “our” means Apex System, while “you” means the visitor or customer.

By using this website, requesting information or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms. Any accepted quotation, purchase order or rental contract may contain additional conditions; if a conflict arises, the specifically agreed written document will govern that transaction.

Website Use:
Use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not damage, disable, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, server, data or connected systems. Product information, images, specifications and availability are general guidance and may change without notice. Website content is not a binding offer or technical guarantee.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate contact, location and equipment requirements
• Review services, charges, taxes and rental duration before acceptance
• Provide safe premises, suitable power, connectivity and equipment access
• Follow operating instructions and avoid unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Promptly report faults, damage, relocation, loss or abnormal operation
• Use approved consumables where required by the agreement
• Pay invoices and agreed charges within the stated period
• Return equipment and accessories in the agreed condition

Quotations, Orders and Availability:
Website, telephone, email or WhatsApp enquiries are requests for information only. A transaction becomes binding after we confirm availability and both parties accept the commercial terms. Quotations remain valid for the stated period and may change if equipment, transport, installation, taxes or requirements change. Equipment condition will be stated in the quotation. Models, configurations and accessories remain subject to availability; an equivalent alternative may be offered with your approval.

Rental, Delivery and Support:
Rental duration, deposit, minimum billing, usage limits, meter charges, consumables, delivery, installation, training, maintenance and breakdown support are governed by the accepted quotation or agreement. Timelines are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Unsafe conditions, access restrictions, unavailable parts or events beyond our control may cause delays. Obtain permission before relocating rented equipment. Loss, theft, misuse or damage beyond normal wear may result in charges.

Payments and Cancellation:
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid by the due date. Overdue amounts may attract charges, service suspension or lawful recovery action. Cancellation, early termination, refund and deposit adjustment follow the accepted quotation or contract. Custom procurement and completed delivery, installation or service work may be non-refundable.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Names:
Website text, design, graphics and original materials belong to Apex System or their licensors and may not be commercially reused without permission. Canon and other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Apex System is an independent rental and service provider; product references only identify supported equipment. We are not responsible for external websites or third-party services.

Liability, Governing Law and Contact:
To the extent permitted by law, Apex System is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, service interruption, equipment misuse, data loss or circumstances beyond reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Back up data and remove confidential information before equipment return or service.
